@smokesalty I think the faces? Specifically the eyes and chins. From any art I’ve posted with my style, friends of mine have usually been able to pick it out because of the faces. And compared to other anime genres (if mine can even be included in that?), it’s a bit more… cartoony?

Revamp of a previous design
Mr. Lutewig usually has a stock of Mother's favorite tea herbs, but this time, he said they ran out. The girl with the pale green skin behind me seemed to need all the remaining stock. Don't know what for and I don't wanna ask, but her giant back pack definitely says so.

Little demonstration. Pre-furring and post furring. I don't really have an exact method for adding fur but usually I paint the body flat like skin, then make a second pass with a lighter or darker color and either painting each hair or marks that give the impression of fur

Usually it takes me like 5 minutes to draw a Coilean but it took me like 45 minutes on Krita.
Thankfully I'm learning all the tools that I need to survive in this software. And of course Krita has many more than Sketchbook Pro, so this migration was bound to happen.
