Really wanted to draw Madara when he was in the cave with Obito. Since he's very elderly in that scene, I lightened up his dark grey fur. Also did my best with the wrinkles. XD

I grabbed Scar's fur colors and extended Ursula's mullet, giving her a mane, some claws, and fangs. Weird not seeing the purple skin, but... we'll see if it works! I'll finish up the tentacles tomorrow night, if Photoshop behaves.

This excess “hair” on my head I think has been one of the only consistently inconsistent aspects of how I look. I mean it looks good but I’ve never really seen myself sporting that much fur up top.
May need to investigate a new look.
