I'm running a Cyberpunk-themed campaign that I roughly wrote up, and I'm slowly fleshing it out as the players explore it. It's my first homebrew setting and some advice or suggestions would be nice.
@Crunchyroll Your author's assessment is way off. The use of Scouters doesn't hurt Dragon Ball's story, it helps convey the difference in worldview between the Earthlings and aliens. I literally wrote the book on "It's Over 9,000!" That scene has philosophical value and means a lot to fans.
