Based on the whole backstory where this man fell into a hole as a kid and wound up in the abyss. I imagine that place is in a way a home for this maniac 😌

Tecc is also the first character with a bit of set backstory. The scar came from testing a prototype cannon, which backfired.

Healers were on the scene, which kept him alive, but a blast that big and that close couldn't prevent scars from forming.
