Owls featured a lot in the work of Inuit artist Kenojuak Ashevak.
When asked what owls meant or represented to her she stated 'that the owl did not have any particular significance for her, but that every time she sat down to draw, an owl always seemed to come' 1/2

In which Wolverine finds his first missing Mutant, and the Jeff the Land Shark strip shows more regard for continuity than most "current year" books!
Plus - Mailbag, Voice Mails, News, and much more!

Soldier has multiple in-game voicelines alluding to the countries of origin of his teammates. Why does he think they're all Americ--oh, wait, I forgot. Continuity and Soldier don't mix. Not because of bad writing, mind you, but because of Soldier's lead poisoning.

"Superman going evil" has been done before, but, by and large, those were one-shot Imaginary or Elseworlds stories. When Dan DiDio came in, they started becoming more prevalent, standing presences. Hell, "Injustice" had an entire continuity based around an evil, rogue Superman.

Morrison might be bowing out of DC comics but they still manage to make the DCU feel alive with dialogue like this.

The continuity/lore in DC books has progressed to a point that this doesn’t read like Morrison addressing the reader but an organic standpoint for Supes to take.

Thrilled to share my newest illustration series for Cricket Media's "FACES" Magazine!
"The Woman and Her Bear" is a play based on an Inuit folktale.

Just noticed a small part of Halo continuity in that Season 1 trailer for Halo Infinite. No visible Houses of Parliament.

As told in Halo: Saint's Testimony, by the 22nd Century they were heavily damaged, and was "partially" restored by the 25th century.

Most of what we think of as the 'Inuit testimony' comes through her. Chuck Hall wrote it down but she translated, it all passed through her before hitting the page.

Her grave in Connecticut is easily the Franklin Expedition history site inside the USA. She died at 38. https://t.co/NwpnJO08Dd

If you're interested, I'm planning a non-profit free for download Samurai Jack fan game with where you play as a Minion of Set. It will take in it's own continuity separate from SJ where Jack, Aku, or any other characters except the Minions, Ra, and Set do not exist.

This is an older design I came up for Sally some months ago. Basically, she's around her late 20s. This is more based on the original Archie Sonic continuity, and an "AU" that I made up for the characters.
