Fun fact: Based on games’ current canon, Sonic, Shadow, Sliver, Amy, Charmy Bee, Mighty & Ray, Bark the Polar bear, Vector, and Metal Sonic are the only ones to have a conjoined eye with two pupils while the rest has two separate eyes.

The one on the right has grown on me as how the Full Transformation should look.

And Phase 1 still looks different.
He's Dark Blue while his Quills are upturned but not to the point of Super Sonic yet. And of course, still visible pupils. lol
