Jdog and Thunder are both Toons with high level Toonforce. They are kinda alike, though unlike Jdog, Thunder is a bit more sane than him. They're main traits are being funny and wacky as usual. Which explains why they're VERY rarely serious.

No, seriously, I’m not going to get into it, but I will say that my favorite modern Phoenix outfit is Scott’s from the end of AVX after he absorbs the whole Phoenix Force. It was both relatively simple and felt kind of like a callback to Rachel’s original Phoenix costume.
