reposting again my Noelle Fanart! #genshinimpactfanart #Noelle #fanart #Genshin_Impact i used a rendered game image for the background, adding some lighting.
So I followed the basic skin palette I made earlier which fit into natural lighting. However taking into account the intensity and color of the green light, the skin should be a lot more yellow and have some yellow/green light from the sides, looking more like the 2nd pic
My first time experementing lighting.

Got a little bit of free time, so I finished the right arm, changed the chest fur and refined the mane, but had to remove the long white line he originally had. Still experimenting with the shadows and lighting. The idea was to have the light source coming from the back.
@Zungiebungie Ooh, I’d suggest @Lemon_Vtuber. She looks great in any lighting. Very striking.
@jurassic_gal Can we talk about this? The shading, grasp on color and lighting... anatomy, too... your hands... god, it's all so good.

Day11 results (Knight) 30days 30paints 30minutes
For this 30 minute challenge, I decided to try and play with some dynamic lighting. Since my skills severely lack in that department, I'm going to buckle down this week and really focus on it!
#30minutechallenge
I'm working on the epilogue for WBIHH's main story, so I'm just going all out on the lighting. RIP my sanity, I guess. 🥸😂🤡

Finally managed to wrap this one up.
I really need to keep practicing shading and highlighting.
@Natah_ffxiv @zerosshadows simply I would just guide people to try to pick base tones, usually artists' can play around those with lighting. a base tone and 1 shadow tone are helpful. Anime references are a good example😁
