Hi I'm Emily, most of my work consists of muscle diagrams and life reconstructions of extinct animals but I also make skeletal drawings and the ever elusive 'anime' sometimes.

Apparently it's so here I go:
Howdeedoodlethere, I'm a focusing on reconstructions and specimen drawings ... oh and I occasionally illustrate fluffy too.

Did watercolour reconstructions of Dunbar Castle in the 1980's. Just transferred info gathered on to Paint versions in recent years on Twitter.

For my post-doc, an overarching goal is to help human sacrifice w/in academia & more globally. I plan to reconstruct the lives of sacrifices to provide a humane & bottom-up view using cutting-edge scientific methods 1/n

Reconstruction (again) of a Tyrannosaurus rex

Honestly it holds up quite well, the only thing I can pinpoint is the skull, it should have more meat on the back and it should be bigger but this reconstruction is still very good imo, especially how you did the soft tissue on the body and such

On the move in the empire: Mobility both in Roman administration and military was of great importance. The career of Titus Varius Clemens from Celeia (Celje, Slovenia), which lasted more than 40 years, can be reconstructed... 1/2

Alan Sorrell had a thing about beams of light in his reconstruction drawings. Tried to copy this effect in Paint as a homage to Sorrell.

Many of the most important fossils of human relatives are distorted or fragmented. TM 1517 is the holotype of Paranthropus robustus, found in 1938. Here I've done a reconstruction by mirror-imaging the parts that survived fossilization and erosion.

Apparently is trending so here is two reconstruction I’ve done of it. Velociraptor is a very different animal than many people think, but it is still incredibly cool

throwback to issue 5. My intention was to reconstruct the Bat-symbol with the main themes of this issue: Bruce and Gotham. And of course his disfigured face...

As a boy I was amazed at the work of Alan Sorrell. His reconstruction of Dirleton was the first image of its kind I ever saw. So I copied his techinque of boxing views a section at a time. I used (8 pence) Postcard images in 1981 then scaled up to A3 size (Tantallon example)

A bit of a PSA- please stop drawing Bishanopliosaurus based on this mount. The super round body is just an issue with the mount, and the super stubby head is as well. We don’t have cranial remains of Bishanopliosaurus and it should be reconstructed like a typical Rhomaleosaurid

We're fast approaching the end of this Ace of Wands 50th Anniversary year - thanks to all you Aces who have made it such a great celebration, and I hope everyone found something to enjoy, from reconstructions to diary pages to music to top trumps! More to come in 2021! 🦉

Rothesay Castle, Isle of Bute (Scotland) reconstruction. King Robert III died here in 1406 on hearing his Son & Heir James I had been captured by English Pirates off Flambrough Head while fleeing the Bass Rock heading for France.

I'm quite proud of my Ichthyovenator & Oxalaia reconstructions. But I think when I find time I'm gonna redo them (yes, again!) for my planned size chart. My style has changed since then & I'd like to simplify things by not drawing scales that will hardly be visible in full view.

Fast Castle did reconstruction in 1987 followed corbel machicolations along as I thought it was a Hall block. But changed this when I found (in ruin painting) it led to part of a Keep which makes alot more defensive sense. So tweaked reconstruction.

Artbreeder is so friggin cool, I used it to reconstruct Felicia's face.
