the music and staging for this whole sequence is genuinely lovely. It's a lot of recycled and repeating frames and shots with slight changes but the soundtrack and surrounding shots like this carry it through

Finished season 1&2 of Made in abyss. Amazing series with good plot, characters, art/animation and world building is truly fascinating from one Layer to the other. The opening/ending themes and soundtracks are great as well🔥

I'm a little underwhelmed but it was very good. It had a lot of very great moments and characters, overall I'd say the cast is a bit better than Automata. The soundtrack is good even if it gets a bit repetitive after a while (fuck the Aerie ost)
