I only played for a short while, but I think my favorite had to have been Cleveland! Her normal skin has the classic hero cloak, and her alternates have a very "cool" vibe to them. 😤

I beg to differ. Sure, they both have short hair, but i drew this with Rise in mind!

Makoto has straight hair, and Rise has wavy hair, which i implemented in my art. Eye color is different too. The overall vibe in the art is just very Rise-y. I can't imagine Makoto like this.
