@cirqlr I just put in the amount of effort I feel like I owe my paycheque and not a single second, damn, or day more. If I'm more stressed than my boss, I lose. If I stay a second longer than I must, lose. If I even do any overtime than I want to, let alone unpaid for, I lose! That's it.
