It did have the outfit thing on the floppy disk version, where you had to pick the correct outfits from the instruction manual, or something. The CD version, the one most people played with voice acting, got rid of it.

Some sources say Dan Green plays Whispy, but I'm not sure. Regardless, it's a nice performance! He sounds rather affable to Dedede, and I like the "whispery" tone he has.

The king may have been Dedede-structive, but at least he did so with a safe for TV Lasersaw! 😌
