#SkillNotTalent
2012-2022
Got my first wacom bamboo in 2012.
Before that - 2+ years of drawing with cheap pencil on cheap office paper. Good times.

2012-2022
My first ever digital drawing and one I made this year. It was a long way!
#SkillNotTalent 2014 vs 2022
hell yeah love me some progress memes
My contribution to #SkillNotTalent
One of my first digital pieces vs one of the most recent
@antdude92 People will always be like this, regardless of the generation. Let them be sour grapes about not getting specific kind of content they want from game devs who just want to take their skills in different directions. I'm so glad expanded beyond just playing sonic games

2017 - 2022, can you believe the first one was an attempt at semi-realism?
I see #skillnottalent going around and let me say
When I first started doing art, I'd take hours upon hours for a bust, shading was completely incorrect, I couldn't actually draw full bodies, and wouldn't even think about backgrounds
Perseverance takes you far
~2015 --> 2021
2019, 2020, 2022
It takes time to hone your craft, and I'm still not done! Keep at it!!

#SkillNotTalent 2019 vs 2022. no one is magically 'born' with artistic talent. the number of people who are prodigies is a very small number. the only thing that stops you from becoming a better artist is yourself. pick up a pencil, and no matter what - never stop drawing.
2001(i think) vs 2021

Spicing things up with a quadruped.
