First card design is actually super old. Made it for a virtual pet concept that I toy with from time to time where trading cards are a mechanic. I just took it and re-purposed it to my story. But it didn't feel right..
And for Min, he learns to step out of the shadow as shown in episode 7 by using Ryan's creative solution as opposed to his own. The visual metaphor nearly killing him was accurate, as being in someone's shadow for so long isn't healthy for anyone.
Actually, speaking of repurposed characters, I recently rebuilt a Danganronpa OC into my TWST mc! I even changed her name slightly… or at least, the name she gives everyone.
