She just had a recent redesign. She takes place in a type of 50s era. The vines are a curse that makes her super cold and freezing, why her lips are blue. She super sweet and soft, she just cant see very well and thinks she not deserving of anything nice.
Espimon is really... odd-looking, but tbh I liked it's design. When Ghost Game's trio were revealed I didn't liked any of then, I did a tweet defending their design, but it took me some time to really like them.
