Always go back to the 20s-40s when I think of anything uniformed/Navy/Army-like because I was raised on wartime stories, media, and melodies from that time. Rioko's dress is actually inspired by an earlier drawing TheSpaceFoxSfw did of her in formal wear I thought was pretty :3
