The shading for this one was fun, which I wasn't anticipating when I started it.

I went for a more aggressive shading, more areas of darkness, more glimmers, less spotlights.

Difficult to photograph, as the camera is picking up colours & making them stronger. I will put the seagull down to allow the oil paint to dry & will hopefully add another layer. All I want to capture is flight with that look for prey!
