4. Nidoking. Whatever Nidoking is supposed to be, a rhino-rabbit-dinosaur-monster thing, it's pretty cool. It pretty much always goes on my team in a Kanto game. Also its Shiny is very blue and I like it.
Sadly Nidoqeen doesn't make the list bc it lacks the "edge" Nidoking has.

Even though Battle Network final bosses are typically the last characters that are designed, Falzar and Gregar were designed early in development. Character designer Yuji Ishihara, mentioned his struggle of making Falzar look cool. I’d say he pulled it off very well!👌🏻✨
