The laaaaaaaast? I believe last "main" enemy excluding bosses in SH2 for James is the Mandarins. Normal waist down as always but then there's the strong fixation on "lips" and always being under you, never to be reached. They CAN hurt you but you can't hurt them, essentially.
Moving on to Nurses who also share the same
"normal waist down" structure but really this one's the most normal looking. By far the creepiest thing about this one is the weird "baby face" it has. That, and I believe originally they intended for the heads to "burst" upon death
The Mannequin is a given. Same business, waist down is normal but its the upper half that's messed up. I love the renders for them bc they clearly resemble a dancer in motion.
fun things abt James' (main) enemies is there's a lot of hyperfixation on legs. Lying figure looks normal anatomy-wise from the waist down and even looks to be wearing some kind of platform boots
