Watched The Angry Red Planet (1959) a good example of 50's sci-fi horrorthe build up is a bit dull but when they get to Mars it's some quality stuff mainly thanks to the use of"CineMagic" that combined animation with live footage & some good (for the time) practical creature FX👍
