2. leona's countdown number is 16. the sixteenth card of the major arcana is "the tower." with rapunzel being trapped in a tower, that should explain itself... but i also recommend looking up the meaning of the tower, because it is apt.

there are also leona's braids, and rapunzel is associated heavily with braided hair in tangled.

(there is also the concept hairstyle from design note, in which leona's fairy gala hair was going to be a single braid laced with flowers.)
