Day 31!
Finally, we have Makima with Kobeni, happily enjoying an ice cream date. I like to imagine that, like Higurashi, the events of Chainsawman are played by actors and everyone is happy off-screen. And with that, Makimarch was concluded!
Day 27!
This Makima had her YIIKing out. If you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend watching Running Shine's video on YIIK. It's a hilarious, brutal, but genuinely constructive and fair critique of the game that my friends and I have been quoting for months.
Day 26!
I came home from school super late this day, so I threw together a quick Makima orb to fulfil the quota. At the same time, I wanted to give it the ol' Santanael flair, so I turned her into a Katamari and made Denji her Prince.

Here we have Makima dressed as Tatsumaki from One Punch Man. Keeping up with the manga is difficult because Murata loves redoing chapters to the point where I forget where I last left off on. I need to start reading it again from the Garo stuff....
Day 21!
This one had her dressed as Maki from Jujutsu Kaisen, meaning two short skirted Makimas in a row! I watched JJK0 this week, and it was a phenomenal adaptation of the volume. I can't wait for the anime to adapt Hidden Inventory, super excited for it.
Day 19!
The final fight of Chainsawman was based off the finale of Kizumonogatari, so I drew Makima as Kiss Shot. Looking back, there's a specific frame I would've loved to drawn with Denji and Makima, but perhaps I'll save it for Makimarch....2 !
Day 15!
This one has Makima wearing Haruko's outfit from FLCL. I watched FLCL once growing up and I don't remember most of it, but I don't think Haruko is nearly as devilish as Makima. Manipulative, maybe, but not downright evil. Imagine Makima hitting people with a guitar.
Day 14!
I legit woke up this day and thought "I wanna draw Makima in a sundress" so I did! There's something beautiful and freeform about sundresses, especially when paired with a beach backdrop. Makima has been to a beach in the manga, though it was for work.
Day 11!
My wife told me to draw Makima with a cake and I remembered the funny scene where Power brought Denji a birthday cake, so I redid it with Makima instead! Happy Birthday Denji!
Day 10!
March 10th is known as Mario Day, so I drew Makima as our favorite plumber. It also gave me an opportunity to experiment with lighting and shading, specifically how the heat of the fireball casts light on Makima.

This one is supposed to be "What if Makima had her hair down?" but then I reread Chainsawman and remembered "Wait she has her hair down a bunch of times".

Day 4!
I didn't get a chance to draw any of my characters in the #GrisSwimsuit , so I figured I'd do it with Makima. It's similar to how I drew Kobeni in the Starbucks apron last year for Octobeni.

Another pun, this time referencing Majima from the Yakuza franchise. I think Majima would have a hard time taking Makima, given that Majima's wild personality is a front for his (somewhat) sane interior. Makima is just insane.
