@BoardCoppola The point is appealing character design. The question of why would they use simplicity in their design. It's not just because its easier to animate (which it is, allowing more movement) it also expresses character effectively and in an appealing way.

@myriadgod Del's favorite fairy tale growing up was about a princess who dresses as a man and rescues a princess who was kidnapped by a giant. The girls marry, tho the first becomes known as Prince Charming. Unsurprisingly Del grew up to realize she liked princesses more than princess too
