When it comes to scrapped Neptunia designs this Rom & Ram one is by far one of my favorites. I find the odd eyes look very cool imo. Would love to see this one get repurposed personally.

Here's an unused popup window - it's related to the scrapped 'wet leaves' item from the Undercave, which was a red herring. It made the bone too wet to be ignited, and you had to start building the torch from scratch! 🔥
