I was commissioned last year by a church for animal face masks for them to wear for a children's production. The animals were all western N American with art very similar to this. Kids like animals, so it's a safe bet.

hey i dont know what program you use (or maybe this can help anyone else wondering) but on procreate i use the 6B pencil brush to do lineart and it seems to give a similar effect, especially if you increase the pressure sensitivity and/or duplicate the lineart layer.
