I'm rewatching the original little mermaid and I really don't understand those who are saying the live action it "too dull and dark"? The original has a very low saturated palette for the underwater scenes and kiss the girl, and we haven't seen any of the land ones yet so??

I remember watching the cartoon "Nocturna" (2007) as a kid and wanting to be an animator. At one time I even followed that dream and made little puppet cartoons. Of course, now I gave up that goal, but sometimes I animate small elements of my work as entertainment.
