2018 vs 2022

I started doing digital drawings on my ipad back in 2018. And from that I slowly improved over time. Getting into DnD helped me not only improve, but also make some of my favourite works over the years.

Though it's only been a year, my style has changed a few times! Not much has improved in technical skill unfortunately, but it was definitely interesting to look back on the ways my style shifted, small or otherwise. I will try my best to improve 😤

Wanted to post/repost some art I've been really proud of in the last few years, mostly as a reminder that I'm improving! (also rip i really need to remember to do hashtags occasionally)

2016//2022

I don't have much to say, yknow. Despite falling into depression around those times I never dropped art because it's what makes me happy, so I improved.

2019>2021>2022 decided to upload 3 artworks for this trend just to see my art journey.

besides the 2019 artwork, I don't think I've improved much tbh

2011 VS 2022
To think I nearly quitted art during 2014. 2016 I tried drawing more again and I still have a lot to work on but it's getting there! More and more practice to improve for me.

Improvement doesn’t happen overnight…

We all had to start somewhere.

august 2020 vs october 2022

the only things that stayed are the blue hair and lips! i like how i stopped being scared of using wider spectrum of pinks and blues and improved myself in backgrounds and lineart!

2010 ➡️ 2022

Just takes time and practice, seeing your own improvement over the years is a really priceless feeling! We all start somewhere, and so can you!

2008 - 2022! when I was drawing much more at age 12 I thought back then my art would NEVER improve, ever. But It did! It did with time, I never stopped practicing and never gave up. It takes time and it shows and with time you can improve for sure.
