Trying out a "new method of painting hair" (really means I'm lost and am just experimenting)
Was talking about Fate with some friend dude peoples (I couldn't ever finish I think Stay Night? idk I just like stopped one time and- but anyway) and topic of mana came up and it wasn't specified that the method of transfer was specific problem and I was like Ilya and Berserker?
I am REALLY excited about the results I am getting lately with the new shading methods I am using~!!! 💕
Looks like Peter's teaching methods are a little unconventional...the best way to learn is....near death...situations...that's what the pros say! right?
An AWESOME commission idea bought by @laahrtse
(Nia Tsukiyama - Ultimate Psychologist - Reference Sheet) She's here!
The calm one, doesn't get irritated easily, and most of the time she studies her classmates. No one remembers her method of working, but they know she's good at it.

Was listening to an old documentary on Chuck Jones featuring the man himself, and I began to realize how much I've been subconsciously influenced by this man's work. So many of his methods of animation and storytelling have seeped into my own work and it's kinda cool.
Finally done this one~Drawing this with a new method was fun,tho still got a lot more to learn~

Idk why this works but this method to get base colors always makes things look so much cooler especially for red paintings.
I think the inversion makes sure the shading works on the red or something idk. layers are wack.
So I just learned the whole method I was taught to shoot competitively in archery over five years, was wrong according to USA Archery standards

Franz Bauer (1758-1840) was the 1st artist-in-residence at @kewgardens. Improved heating methods in the Gardens' glasshouses enabled the growth of #orchids, which Bauer illustrated & John Lindley published. Find the #SciArt in #BHLib via @NHM_Library ➡️ https://t.co/wT9ROQpRDi
