Interesting combination of a military story w/classic shoujo anime elements & aesthetics. CGI was less charming than Stellvia but the Shichirō Kobayashi art direction and backgrounds are fantastic with many postcard memories abound. I liked it a lot. Wauf is cool. AERU!

I wondered why Dialga's and Palkia's battle backgrounds look like that in BDSP until I noticed how similar they look to certain parts of Adaman's and Irida's outfits
