4 Elements by Joachim Beuckelaer 1564-1570 are like giant stage sets, teeming with life. In the backgrounds are biblical scenes & upfront superficially scenes, different types of food represent the elements: vegetables for earth, fish for water, poultry for air & game for fire.

Roving, rushing in panic in the vein of Greengrass or maybe Dardenne but felt a little too staged/polished with a fussy colour grade to properly carry the weight and realism of the unfolding scenes. Jasna Đuričić was undeniably excellent.

A very good final 20 mins.
