I rewatched this scene because I was confused at what happened. IT WAS DARKER THAN I THOUGHT! The bad guy won I thought she was mad at the uncle but nope wow. :/

With this painting I used a negative painting techniques. But what are they? In watercolours I paint from light to dark. In general the more colours or layers you add the darker it becomes. You can lift colour out by using a clear damp brush.
