When quarantine first started, to help me manage stress I drew portraits of friend's pets.
They are all a mix of watercolors, gouache and markers.

Every time they go somewhere, Lucy Anna and the Voyage changes colors, probably alternating shape appearance. Lucy Anna will sing, dance, and probably shoot a hostile with her trusty cane and can use her hat to spring or glide to different places!

Color Balance is pretty intuitive; red/cyan, green/magenta, and blue/yellow are set up as complimentary colors, and the three categories at the bottom decide what values you'll affect. You can use all three, and they don't overwrite each other.

some final notes... atmospheric lighting will greatly affect not just the color palette you're using but the overall mood of the piece. i intentionally looked for less saturated and muted colors, and the cool blue tone is a reflection of the colors of the wall in the background.
