I'm about 12h into Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, and my god it is already exceeding my expectations. The gameplay is ridiculously fun, the exploration feels great, I love seeing the progress of building a refugee camp on the island too. Just can't stop playing it!
Just wanna point this out cause I think it's neat- I used purple to represent the mystery of Eggman and the badniks but then used red to represent the true danger Nic feels from seeing Sonic, which then fades away into his real colors once Nic gets over his fears
