They are a take on monsters in movies only being able to be seen when the lights are off. They are named Flick after their affinity and supernatural ability to manipulate lights around them.

Mitch is extremely clumsy, he doesn't look like it, but he is, he trips alot, bumps into things, and due to his height (6"8) he also hits his head on doorframes, lights, and whatever else he should be able to see in front of him but absolutely does not
