I have sometimes this kind of anxiety. It's normal, specially in the actual situation and locked in our homes. I don't put my feet out since March! The best to do is think that no one knows the future but we can do our best to make the present good and a chance for a good future.

I had a scare the other month with my eyes. Sometimes my fear and anxiety builds up over time just thinking about my eye conditions. I am not blind yet but, the thought always looms in my mind because of the symptoms I experience daily. Will my retinas detach today? Who knows.

My MH has declined rapidly these past few days. My anxiety has resurfaced from nowhere. The intense frustration at being thwarted yet again by medical red tape and "the rules". Rules are hoops that sane people can jump through. I can't.
