A lot like REmake 2 (1.5) before it, it seems that Resident Evil 4 Remake might be taking a little inspiration from 3.5. Leon's jacket is noticibly more "poofy" now, with the collar lying flat rather than popped up. Much more in line with his Hookman design.

Though to solve the issue of Ray's "cape" it's just his hair. He never has a real cape and has no need for it. So I tend to put him in weird outfits that are oddly revealing and not typically 'evil'. He isn't green either and I was more inspired by Batman's ear design.
