I personally find "Pvoot!" to be among the best when it comes to fart onomatopoeia, because it conveys both the sound and force of a fart. I think it has a lot to do with how the consonants are placed.

Finished watching an OVA called Gunsmith Cats!
Overall, while the plot was a bit on the basic side, it was pretty fun to see!
The action, the animation and the characters were all pretty good.
I personally recommend it!
