Rau Le Creuset's voice actor (Toshihiko Seki) seems to put on a Char-Ikeda-esque performance. It's hard to explain; it's in the tone and rhythm of his performance?

A decade later Seki would voice the original 'Char Aznable' in THE ORIGIN. I think they knew what they were doing.
