So! In an episode of “Friends” (We’re getting to the bird I promise; I told you we were on a Journey), we learn that “Xanadu” is one of the very favorite movies of, that’s right, Phoebe Bouffét!
And guess who else is named Phoebe?!?!? 😃
Blizzard had the money, tech, and talent to make their own movies. Instead they partnered with a movie studio to make an expensive ad for Wow. Had to pay for the Cosby suites somehow I guess.
This Amèlie inspired piece from Chris McGuire is just one of the many works in 20 Year Later, a group show honoring the movies of 2001. See everything in the show, now available, by clicking here: https://t.co/zwhYuSdjp4
Okay let me ask you. out of all the spider man movies, from the Sam Raimi films, to the marc Webb, MCU and Into the Spider verse, what was your favorite defining moment for the webslinger?
@diogo_dornelles Adrianos Alcibíades, high school-aged son of a minotaur and a fairy. Opalescent fur, multicoloured mane, can use fairy magic, short as a Dwarf (in a setting where minotaurs are larger than ogres), fan of 80's movies and fashion, grumpy and with a short fuse.
Very short fuse.
@EminaMelonic @Nemo_719 @Lord_Azoth @Tico_Romao it's why we love movies! just sitting there not believing what we're seeing, jaws on the floor, an ending that leaves you truly rattled, disturbed...
Today is Walt Disney's 120th Birthday. Love him or hate him, you can't deny the impact he made in movies and shows. He left behind one of the biggest and most successful businesses in history. If he were alive today, he'd probably be amazed at what his company has achieved.
Been watching too many fairy movies lately 😨

I just want to remind you that Avatar, Transformers, TMNT, and (possibly) Star Trek are soon going to have their own Into the Spider-Verse-inspired movies with their animation styles and/or the target demographic.
@YoAdrianne6 @LAfromLINY @TheCinemaTicket @birdiebar @cinematossico @RavenLunachick @ALF878 @Golan_Globus @horrorfreq @Jamesjusta5ied @halogirl22 @VaderJaws Definitely put ‘Streets of Fire’ on your 80’s movies must see list! 💜📽🎶
Danika is @Leaevra OC! Finally, I've been able to take break and between movies I've done some things for myself that I will upload. Among them an oc friend of Danika 👀
Today's Autistic Character of the day is John Notwoodman from Siivagunner! He has a special interest in halloween/horror movies! (heavily implied)! -⚓️
I hate how WTRC is being so mistreated. It’s definitely the best RE movie and even if it has many flaws, it doesn’t deserve to be sabotaged by the RE fandom.
If you are afraid to go to the movies because of the reviews, go and create your own. You might be surprised.
The great Fritz Lang was #bornthisday so here are some gorgeous posters for his movies...
Really hope Across the Spider-Verse being a two-parter doesn't mean the animators weren't ready to finish the movie in time and thus were forced to split it into 2 movies by top execs
I just want this sequel to get all the time it needs to overpass the original lol
