So I played Spyro Reignited Trilogy for @FoxieSkullzArtz and a character in it mentioned Sonic. She then begged me to color her art as different powerups from the game and I agreed...with some creative liberties~(1/2)

So i have been drawing my characters using different Mario Powerups, as well as putting my own spin on some of them.

this one is kinda basic, just swap the colour pallets, but i also made Shiri's Hair firey as well as add the pin from Super Mario Land 2!

transformations in shonen anime, at least back in the old days were something that felt really important to a lot us as kids.

a lot of people frown upon shonen powerups and transformations now, but i feel like they sent a strong message to kids just growing up.

it's basically Dragon Ball Z, except half the characters are just different versions of Optimus Prime? It's silly jokes, obscure references, crazy powerups, weird repurposings, and galaxy-brained retcons, usually all at once! Mostly it's just really good fun

First one follows traditional Super Mario powerups, in which the outfit of the user changes depending on the item used. Since this is likely based off of the Blimp Fruit, this changes the outfit from red to turquoise! ⬇️

Os presento mi rediseño de Shang Chi (Interpretado por Simu-Liu) que mezcla su clásico mono rojo a lo Bruce Lee con el traje actual más tradicional chino, con escamas de doradas.

Lleva los 10 anillos que dan nombre a su peli. Ojalá sean McGuffins con diferentes PowerUps
