Biollante design. It’s more of a biological animal mixed with plant than a plant mixed with biological animal. If that makes sense. This design is very strong in concept, though more plant matter is needed.#Godzilla

Said it once, and I'll say again: however Biollante is done, she needs the "human-mind/spirit struggling against the Kaiju mind/spirit". Otherwise, she's just a big plant monster.

Plenty of ways to do it. Maybe a literal reanimated corpse that was mutated with the Kaiju DNA.
