I think what this movie did best was everything to do with Gohan's family. Obviously, the focus was on Piccolo and Gohan, but even the smallest bit of Videl was cute. And Pan training with Piccolo because Gohan works all day is another day of Piccolo stealing Saiyan fatherhood.
