2001 - sorry guys i didnt want to but how could i choose. mgs2 + silent hill 2. both boundary pushing experimental masterpieces that still look and feel incredible. mgs2 is basically a tech showcase for how incredible the ps2 is, sh2 is a tone and FMV masterpiece. must plays
2008: 4-way tie between Dead Space, MGS4, Far Cry 2, and R6 Vegas 2. these all came out during the PEAK of the gritty sepia tone shooter era. the latter 3 dont hold up as well as other games, but they have this like... Funk to them that i enjoy more than anything.
also I'm aware of previous collab skins, like Altair's outfit in MGS4 and Raiden's outfit in AC Brotherhood, but that was mostly just cosmetic stuff, fun gestures between two landmark stealth action franchises
