エグゼのロックマンのフェイスガードはもともと初期のコロコロさんとの打ち合わせで、バトルのときに熱斗がしゃべることがないやつになるとよくないみたいな話がでて、バトルの際はフェイスガードが出るようにしたらどうかというアイデアでデザインされた記憶。
