Again, this might be cheating a little, but after the psychic invasion of Mega-City One was thwarted by time travel in City of the Damned, we see another psychic invasion by the Sisters of Death in Necropolis (progs 662-699 Case Files 14)

THE SQUADRON THAT TIME FORGOT (CASE FILES 9: prog 446). Easily overlooked, this episode drops a feature of Dredd's post-apocalyptic world which unfortunately has been overlooked or forgotten ever since - distortions in time
