Huh, so the antagonists in SSSS.Dynazenon all had one of their eyes covered with a hand in the OP. The eye shown is the one used to control a kaiju. Its also interesting that Mujina is the only one out of the 4 using her left eye while the 3 guys are using their right eye.

On the 11th of April 2014, the 1st episode of Knights of Sidonia aired. Based on Tsutomu Nihei's manga, the anime ran for 2 seasons & had a recap movie in 2015. It will have a final film to wrap up the story in May 2021.
