@Tsukigamii @ZNDXIII @Kuroonumaaa Gridman is different from Ultraman though. He combines with Assist Weapons to basically become a giant robot & basically wore power armour throughout SSSS.

Gridman also showed up in Mecha-centric video games like SRW 30 & Iron Saga. Gridman definitely counts as Mecha.

On the 25th of February 1988, the 1st episode of New Story of Aura Battler Dunbine was released. The 3 episode OVA series was a sequel to the Dunbine TV series. It debuted in SRW 4 (SNES) in 1995.
