@EyePatchWolf Hi, thanks for the chance to apply! I'm Isabel B. Javier, I'm an illustrator and character designer. I'd love to be considered. Here's some of my work, and a link to my portfolio.

I have some other things I want to post first, but here’s a preview because I needed to post even just this specific part of this illustration today.
I submitted this as my final project in May 2020 but because of the pandemic, I didn't get to present my work 😞 I did technically still get my degree that year on time though 😅

In the books Humperdinck is described as "weighed close to 250 pounds, brick hard" but not tall. I did not want the leading antagonists of both the first and back half of the series to BOTH be short. Felt like I would be sending a not so good message 😅

I loved Chris Sarandon's curls so although I eventually went in the direction of a shorter cut for Humperdinck, I wanted to keep some sort of waviness to his hair.

Buttercup grew up on a farm, I did not want her to look dainty. In the book, Buttercup had red hair and I wanted Buttercup's hair to be overshadowed by Humperdinck and Florin's red when she wears her presentation dress as Princess of Hammersmith (for obvious story purposes)

Even if it was just a coloured sketch/study kind of thing, the moment deserved its own post.
