While I'm on the subject of Mario, here's a texture mod I did a while back for Smash Bros. Brawl. It's based on a picture of Mario as a leather daddy that's been floating around online for years. I still to this day wonder why I was the only one to think of recreating it...

Here's a really basic sequence of Mario burning off his clothes with a fireball that I made just to see if things animated smoothly. It's pretty effective if I do say so myself. Maybe I should go back and re-animate it with some effects on top?

Since this was made to replace my Tumblr, I figure I can use it the same way: To post stuff that doesn't have a place elsewhere. Here's a sprite project I'd been doing for a while. I adore his design in this bootleg game, so it's always fun to play around with new stuff for him.
